Enterprise and Skills Acceleration

Our Enterprise and Skills Acceleration track propels aspiring founders and job-seekers into sustainable livelihoods. Participants gain practical business training, financial literacy, digital marketing bootcamps and access to seed micro-grants. Seasoned coaches guide teams through idea validation, budgeting and market entry while peer circles strengthen accountability. We prioritise women-led and youth-led ventures from under-resourced areas, ensuring talent is matched with mentors and markets. Mentorship & Leadership Network

The Mentorship and Leadership Network connects early-career professionals, students and community volunteers with experienced leaders across Africa and the UK. Through one-to-one mentoring, group masterclasses and virtual leadership labs, participants cultivate critical thinking, ethical decision-making and servant leadership skills. The curriculum blends African philosophies of Ubuntu with contemporary management practice, encouraging members to champion inclusion and resilience within their spheres of influence.
